Classes and Workshops
- Digital Classes: All sales for online classes, workshops, and digital downloads are final. Due to the immediate access to course materials, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges.
- Live Workshops: Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the live workshop start time. Requests made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund. If you miss a live workshop, a recording may be provided, depending on availability.
- Cancellation by Us: If a class or workshop is canceled by Debbie J’s Crafting Corner, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
Handmade Cards and Craft Items
- Returns: Handmade cards and craft items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Exchanges: Exchanges may be offered for damaged or defective items if notified within 7 days of delivery. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required.
Destash Items
- All Sales Final: All destash item sales are final due to the nature of the products being sold as-is.
